We can provide you with interpreters and interpreting equipment for any occasion, be it an international conference, business meeting, employee training or a film festival. For large conferences we will supply a team of interpreters for simultaneous interpreting in any language combinations; for smaller meetings we will select an interpreter for consecutive interpreting with experience in the given field.

We supply the following types of interpreting:

Consecutive interpreting

  • One interpreter repeats sentences said by the speaker.

Simultaneous interpreting (booth-based)

  • Using special interpreting equipment, two interpreters take turns translating without interrupting the speaker. Booth-based interpreting can be used for interpreting in one language or several languages at once, or from several source languages into several target languages.

Simultaneous interpreting ("chuchotage")

  • One interpreter whispers the translated text to the listener without the use of any equipment and while the speaker is talking. This kind of interpreting is suitable for one or two listeners.

Simultaneous interpreting through a pilot language

  • Interpreters translate from one foreign language into another foreign language through Czech (the pilot language).

Informative and escort interpreting

  • This kind of interpreting is mainly suitable for tours of companies or sites and at various social functions.

Organising conferences, seminars

  • With our team of professionals we will gladly take care of organising every aspect of your company events, conferences or seminars.

Hostesses

  • - We can provide you with hostesses versed in various foreign languages to accompany delegations or welcome guests.

Artlingua se podílí na předání ceny VIZE 97 Dagmar a Václava Havlových, která bude předána 5. října 2010 v Pražské křižovatce. Artlingua zajistí, že si všichni pozvaní hosté porozumí, a to za pomoci tlumočnické techniky a dvou tlumočníků s česko-německou jazykovou kombinací. Tlumočit se bude konsekutivně i simlutánně.
